Activities/Attractions: Villa Rosi is situated at the top of a small village, set in the hillsides of the Apennines. It offers wonderful views across the valley, and full peace and tranquillity. The villa is a 30-minute drive from the main A1 Autostrada, linking Milan to Rome. Plus it's within easy access to other motorways to the coast, the mountains, and the lakes. Most parts of Northern Italy can be reached in two/three hours. Local attractions include:

General Information: Welcome to Villa Rosi, a self contained holiday villa with 6 bedrooms, near Salsomaggiore, Parma, Emilia Romagna (Italy). We are set in a small, peaceful village yet used as central hub for touring Milan, The Lakes, Venice, Florence, Rimini, Cinque Terre etc., ideal for two people, for large families, or as central meeting point for family or friends to join you.
This is a beautiful country villa, set in the peaceful rolling foothills of the Apennines. It is ideal as a base to tour Italy and/or Europe. Use Villa Rosi as a central meeting point for families or friends from other regions of Italy, or from other counties.

The large external area is tiled, private, safe and very secure. The Villa also has a garage (for one car). There is a separate sun-deck, again fully tiled giving superb views down the valley.
Water comes from a mountain stream into a local water tank, and pumped up to the villa. The villa has a plumbed in double water filtration system, so water quality is excellent!

Rental is normally from Saturday to Saturday, though we can be flexible where possible, outside of the peak months of July and August. Additional days are charged on a pro-rata basis.
